CHAIM POLLAK Founder & PrincipalTell us how the business actually runs.
We talk to the people doing the work, follow an order through the business, and look at where the process breaks down. Then we help fix it—in the software, on the floor, and in the way your team works.
The warehouse team has to use it. The numbers have to reconcile. The orders have to move.
We look at the full operating process: what is purchased, what is available, how work gets done, what reaches the customer, and how it is accounted for. That understanding guides the process changes, system configuration, integrations, training, and controls we put in place.

We agree with you on who owns each part of the work, track decisions and open issues, and involve your people in testing and handover. The team is built around the scope, with ongoing support available after implementation.
We define the working arrangement with you before delivery begins.
Define the priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, and commercial terms. Establish who makes decisions and how additional work is estimated and agreed.
Track requests, decisions, dependencies, and next steps. Separate recurring support, individual issues, and larger projects so urgent requests don’t hide the improvement backlog.
Agree on a review cadence. Use it to resolve blockers, review effort against scope, and decide what comes next. Changes in priorities or scope belong in that conversation.
Include your people in testing and document the workflows they will use. Agree on the transition into day-to-day ownership and any ongoing support the operation needs.
An assessment, a defined implementation, an operational project, or ongoing support. Capacity, response expectations, pricing, and engagement terms are agreed for that scope.
